Whether you are missing a power-up, not receiving an achievement or simply having problems within Bingo Blingo. We appreciate all of your patience with these issues. Please keep in mind, that we are personally reading each and every one of your tickets and are working day and night to fix all of them.

If you have any pressing issues and want to submit a ticket, please be as detailed as possible in the way you describe your problem. For example, if you are missing an achievement, please describe in detail which achievement it is and which room it was for. Also, for refund related tickets, please provide us with your Facebook user ID and a detailed description of your experience.
